Aluminum is a strong and rigid material, yet it excels with its light weight. It is a highly durable metal, suitable for all weather conditions and lasting for many years: aluminum does not oxidize, which makes it resistant to corrosion and prevents it from rusting like other metals—an especially important feature in the Israeli climate, which is rich in humidity and salinity and ranges from scorching sun to cold and rain.
